• Developing both front-end website architecture and back-end website applications

• Responsible for infrastructure's and services' Monitoring / Technical support / TroubleShooting / Daily OAM;

• English copywriting qualifications or equivalent
• Experience of User Centred Design methodology and its practical implementation
• Expert in best practice when writing for the web
• Understanding of user experience and web best practice
• Experienced in multichannel content creation for web, print, mobile, tablet
• Familiar with the use of prototyping tools, basic Photoshop skills and word processing software
• Subject matter expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, marketplace and customer considerations
• Innovative, have the ability to approach things differently or do different things to deliver goals
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex or technical issues
• Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
• Good time management and prioritisation of projects and tasks
• Experience working with agencies, particularly for usability testing

• Lead project UX design from concept to design implementation based on product based on marketing brief / management requirements
• Design the visual style, interface, and interaction/UX flow of applications and experiences
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, click-throughs, and prototypes.
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications and design patterns.
• Drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independently.
• Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and Amazon executives for review and feedback.
• Contribute to the brand experience, visual communication, and marketing design initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), graphic design, interactive, studio arts or any visual design related field
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, hybrid designer, or similar role.
• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions on consumer electronics products.
• 2+ years of experience creating iterative design, working closely with customers and peers and developers from inception through implementation.
• Fluency in best practices for interface design in consumer electronics products, as well as working knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• In depth knowledge and experience of user interface design.
• Native application experience (Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Aftereffects etc)
• Able to sketch, storyboard and prototype.
